Refund & Return Policy

At Plunge Chill, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience by offering refunds and returns for all orders. We do not charge any return fees, restocking fees, or processing fees.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• A receipt or order confirmation is required.

To initiate a return, email us at support@plungechill.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Address

We currently have warehouses located in California (CA), Georgia (GA), and New Jersey (NJ). If you wish to return an item, please contact us at support@plungechill.com.We will provide you with the nearest return address or a return label to facilitate the process.

Order handling time is about 1  day. You may request to cancel your order within 1 day after purchase. If the cancellation request is made before shipment and within the allowed cancellation period stated above, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund. Orders cannot be cancelled after the cancellation period has expired or once they have been shipped.

Important Notes

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
• Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants.
• Custom products including special orders or personalized items.
• Personal care goods such as beauty products.
• Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases.

Additionally, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Manufacturer Defects

Our 30-day money-back guarantee covers all manufacturer defects within the first 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow these steps:

1. Return the item in its original condition.
2. Once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Replacements

For defective items, contact us at support@plungechill.com with:

• Photos of the defective item.
• A brief explanation of the issue.

Upon confirmation, we will issue a replacement free of charge.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Timeline

• Inspection of returned items may take up to 14 days.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and post the refund (typically within 5 business days).

Performance & Environmental Factors for Water Chillers

We ensure our Water Chillers perform optimally under normal conditions. However, performance may be affected by:

• High air temperatures (above 85°F).
• High humidity levels.
• Excessive direct sunlight on the chiller or water vessel.
• Water volumes exceeding 66 gallons (250 L).

Tips for Optimal Performance

• Use the chiller indoors or in a climate-controlled area if exposed to prolonged sunlight or temperatures above 75°F.
• Mitigate environmental factors by adjusting the setup or location.

Reporting Poor Performance

If you experience suboptimal performance, follow these steps:

1. Contact us at support@plungechill.com and provide:

• Your location.
• Air temperature and sunlight exposure details.
• Water temperature readings.

2. Conduct a 5-hour performance test and share the results for assessment.

We will evaluate the data and provide solutions tailored to your setup.
