30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or order confirmation is required.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Additionally, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Manufacturer Defects
Our 30-day money-back guarantee covers all manufacturer defects within the first 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, follow these steps:
- Return the item in its original condition.
- Once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

- Photos of the defective item.
- A brief explanation of the issue.
Upon confirmation, we will issue a replacement free of charge.
Refunds

We ensure our Water Chillers perform optimally under normal conditions. However, performance may be affected by:
- High air temperatures (above 85°F).
- High humidity levels.
- Excessive direct sunlight on the chiller or water vessel.
- Water volumes exceeding 66 gallons (250 L).
Tips for Optimal Performance
- Use the chiller indoors or in a climate-controlled area if exposed to prolonged sunlight or temperatures above 75°F.
- Mitigate environmental factors by adjusting the setup or location.
Reporting Poor Performance
If you experience suboptimal performance, follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@plungechill.com and provide:
- Your location.
- Air temperature and sunlight exposure details.
- Water temperature readings.
- Conduct a 5-hour performance test and share the results for assessment.
We will evaluate the data and provide solutions tailored to your setup.
