At Plunge Chill, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience by offering refunds and returns for all orders. We do not charge any return fees, restocking fees, or processing fees.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or order confirmation is required.

Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom products including special orders or personalized items.
  • Personal care goods such as beauty products.
  • Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases.

Additionally, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Manufacturer Defects

Our 30-day money-back guarantee covers all manufacturer defects within the first 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow these steps:

  1. Return the item in its original condition.
  2. Once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Replacements

For defective items, contact us at support@plungechill.com with:

  • Photos of the defective item.
  • A brief explanation of the issue.

Upon confirmation, we will issue a replacement free of charge.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Performance & Environmental Factors for Water Chillers

We ensure our Water Chillers perform optimally under normal conditions. However, performance may be affected by:

  • High air temperatures (above 85°F).
  • High humidity levels.
  • Excessive direct sunlight on the chiller or water vessel.
  • Water volumes exceeding 66 gallons (250 L).

Tips for Optimal Performance

  • Use the chiller indoors or in a climate-controlled area if exposed to prolonged sunlight or temperatures above 75°F.
  • Mitigate environmental factors by adjusting the setup or location.

Reporting Poor Performance

If you experience suboptimal performance, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@plungechill.com and provide:
  • Your location.
  • Air temperature and sunlight exposure details.
  • Water temperature readings.
  1. Conduct a 5-hour performance test and share the results for assessment.

We will evaluate the data and provide solutions tailored to your setup.
