Function Introduction

Install 1/3 HP Water Chiller with Bathtubs (with ports)

Install a 1/3 HP Water Chiller with a Bathtub (with Ports)

💧 Connection Instructions:

First hose: Connect the bottom inlet of the chiller to the bottom outlet of the bathtub.

Second hose: Connect the upper outlet of the chiller to the upper inlet of the bathtub.

💡 How It Works:
Water flows from the tub into the chiller through the bottom hose, passes through the pump and filter inside the chiller, and returns to the tub through the top hose — completing a full cooling cycle.

🛁 Tip:
We include an extra submersible pump, made specifically for standard home bathtubs.

How to Set Up a Water Chiller with Home Bathtubs (no ports)

🧰 Hose Setup

• Connect one hose (with quick connector) to the top outlet of the chiller. Place the other end directly into your tub.

• Connect the second hose to the bottom inlet of the chiller.

• Attach the other end of that hose to the submersible pump, and place the pump fully underwater inside your tub.

🔄 Water Flow Explained

• The submersible pump pulls water from the tub.

• Water enters the chiller through the inlet.

• Inside the unit, it gets filtered and cooled.

• Then it flows back into the tub through the outlet hose.

• This creates a continuous cold water circulation.

💡 Installation Tips

If the hose connected to the pump already has a male connector, cut off a small section of the hose to make it easier to fit onto the pump.

You can use a hair dryer to gently warm and soften the hose—this makes it much easier to attach.

Note

Trimming the hose won’t affect your return or warranty service.

Troubleshooting

Please check if the machine is locked,The screen control will be auto. locked after 30 seconds without operation. To unlock the screen, long-press and hold the Power and Down buttons together for 5 seconds.

Please check all of the following:

1.The ambient temperature is too high.
Keep the ambient temperature below 35 degrees and ensure good ventilation.

2.The chiller is placed inside a closed cabinet.
Please place the chiller on an open, flat surface to ensure good ventilation.

3.The water volume exceeds the cooling capacity.
Reduce the water volume or replace with a chiller with a higher cooling capacity.

4.The water in the tub cannot cool down
Check if the water circulation is functioning properly.

Please check all of the following:

1.The water pump is not working properly and is not powered on.
Unplug the water pump and plug it back into the power outlet.

2.The water pipe is twisted.
A severely twisted water pipe can prevent water from flowing. Please ensure the pipe is adjusted for smooth flow.

3.The water circulation is small
Check the ice pod valve and ensure it is in the open position.
