We guarantee that all products sold meet factory specifications. If you experience any issue, fault, or shipping damage, please contact us at support@plungechill.com so we can resolve the issue.

We guarantee the usability and performance of all our products for 12 months from the delivery date. If any issue or fault arises during this time that is not caused by improper customer use, storage, neglect, or negligence, we will work with the customer to resolve the problem.

    Troubleshooting & Resolution Process

    To ensure an efficient resolution, all warranty claims will go through the following process:

    1. Initial Assessment
    Our support team and engineers will review the issue based on the information provided.

    2.Remote Troubleshooting (Required Step)

    • Many issues are related to setup, water flow, or installation adjustments.
    • We will provide step-by-step instructions or video guidance
    • Customers are required to follow basic troubleshooting steps before further action

    3.Repair Evaluation

    • If the issue can be resolved through simple adjustments, we will guide you to complete the fix
    • If the issue requires advanced handling (such as opening the unit or internal repair), we will not require customers to perform these actions

    4.Replacement Handling
    If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will:

    • Provide a return shipping label
    • Arrange for the faulty unit to be returned
    • Process a replacement unit

    Replacement Policy (Important)

    As part of our standard warranty procedure:

    • We only provide replacements for faulty items
    • Refunds are not available under warranty

    The Plunge Chill Water Chiller for Ice Bath has been rigorously tested with the Plunge Chill  Portable Insulated Ice Bath to ensure it meets the cooling performance standards outlined on our website.

    We guarantee that the water chiller will operate effectively under the following standard conditions:

    • Starting Water Temperature: Tap water temperature in the USA (55-65°F).
    • Water Volume: 50-52 gallons (approximately 200 litres).
    • Environmental Factors: The setup is not exposed to excessive heat, direct sunlight, or other extreme conditions.
    • Correct Setup: The water chiller is installed and operated according to the instructions provided.

    Performance Standards

    • The water chiller will cool the water to the recommended temperature range for cold plunging (49-52°F) within 1-3 hours under the above standard conditions. Cooling time may vary between 30 minutes to 5 hours based on environmental and setup factors.
    • If starting with water temperatures above the USA average (55-65°F), the cooling time will be longer. The water chiller cools water at a rate of 2-4°F per hour under standard conditions.
    • The lowest achievable temperature is approximately 39°F, but this depends on setup and environmental factors. Reaching temperatures below 45°F may not be possible in certain scenarios or environments.

    Temperature Maintenance

    Once the water has been cooled to the desired temperature, the Plunge Chill Water Chiller will maintain the temperature effectively under the outlined standard conditions.
